By accessing or using ArbAlert ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArbAlert provides informational alerts about potential price discrepancies across prediction market platforms such as Polymarket, Kalshi, and PredictIt. The Service monitors markets and sends notifications to subscribers when potential arbitrage opportunities are detected.

3. Not Financial or Trading Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ArbAlert is an informational service only. The alerts, data, analysis, and any other information provided through the Service:

  • Do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice
  • Do NOT constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
  • Are provided for informational and educational purposes only
  • Should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions. Past performance of any alert or strategy does not guarantee future results.

4. No Guarantee of Profits

ArbAlert makes NO guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided
  • The profitability of any trading opportunity identified
  • The execution or availability of any trade on third-party platforms
  • Market conditions, liquidity, or price movements

Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
  • You understand the risks involved in trading prediction markets
  • You will conduct your own due diligence before acting on any information
  • ArbAlert is not responsible for any losses you may incur
  • Market conditions can change rapidly, and opportunities may no longer exist by the time you act

6. Third-Party Platforms

ArbAlert monitors third-party platforms (such as Polymarket, Kalshi, and PredictIt) but has no affiliation with, control over, or responsibility for these platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. ArbAlert is not responsible for any issues with third-party platforms including but not limited to: account restrictions, trade execution, deposits, withdrawals, or platform availability.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Continued use after any price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBALERT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
